Doo to a record number of sales and an extra crappy quick spring melt, the DooCrew sold out of one-time spring cleans in less than a week. If you would like to sign up for continuing cleanings (twice-a-week, weekly or bi-weekly service) for 2014 email

The lawyers make us doo this crap, so here’s a reminder of our terms of service.

Service Area

  • We currently doo pick ups for Sioux Falls, Tea, Harrisburg and Brandon, South Dakota.

Pick Ups

  • During certain times of year, leaves, long grass or patches of snow can cover doo and we can only pick up what’s visible at the time of cleaning.
  • We doo not pick up leaves or grass clippings. We only remove the dog doo picked up during service.
  • Picking up doo around rocks, gravel and chipped wood landscaping can be difficult and given the challenges of the terrain, we cannot guarantee there will not be remnants left.
  • The DooCrew must be contacted within 24 hours of a cleaning if you have questions about a particular visit. Doo to the nature of Mother Nature’s business, our four-legged clientele doo not stop dooing their business, and after 24 hours it is difficult to assess service.
  • If you would like to opt-out of our Twitter/Four Square notification, please let us know.
  • Even though we love pooches, for the DooCrew’s safety, please be sure your pet is inside or kenneled for your cleaning.
  • Pets must be current on vaccinations.
  • Please be sure any fence or gate is unlocked or we’re aware of how to access your yard. If we cannot get into the yard, you may be billed for service.
If your yard is not ready to be cleaned doo to snow, please notify us within 24 hours of the service date to be scheduled to a different day, otherwise you may be billed.
  • Continuing service families will continue to receive cleanings and be billed until written notice is given for cancellation. Cancellation notification must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled cleaning date. For those purchasing a Howliday 2015 or Spring Clean Special 2016 with continuing cleanings, continued cleanings will be billed at standard rate following the first month of service.
  • Past doo accounts may be subject to finance charges or sent to collections.
  • If weather conditions require cancellation or rescheduling of service, please check or Routes not completed doo to weather conditions will not be charged.

  • By purchasing a poo clean up, you have accepted the terms and provisions outlined above.

Revised 1 January 2016

Several months ago we piled up the numbers to see what families thought of DooGooders.  We wanted to share some of those with you and thank you for all your feedback that helps us make DooGooders crappier!

When asked why people picked DooGooders to pick up, we got a whiff of wisdom that almost 72% of folks like the DooCrew’s mission to give back to local charities and our cost. When asked to rate our spring clean service, we received 5 out of 5 stars for ease of signing up, 4.9 stars for friendliness of the DooCrew (we think we’re a pretty nice bunch!) and 4.9 for timeliness.

Thanks to everyone who responded and keep giving us your thoughts on what we can doo to doo better! And be watching for a end of the year survey so we can make 2012 even more pawesome!

We always want to doo our best work and to make that possible, we need to hear from you! Please take our 2011 Spring Clean survey to let us know the best ways to make a job that stinks even better! We didn’t put a lot of crap in it, so it should only take about two minutes!

Our most recent dump of snow may continue to delay some spring cleans to pick up what your dog dumped. Continue to check your email and our Facebook and Twitter pages for updates.

C’mon spring! The calendar may say you arrived, but Mother Nature doesn’t seem to care. Doo to the snow, some spring clean families may be delayed a few days. Watch your email for your scheduled date and home ID. Now think warm thoughts!

Doo to overwhelming doo (and awesome response) by those with two feet and four paws, our one-time spring clean spots filled up (as did the doo buckets!) extremely fast this year. If you purchase at least one month of twice-a-week or weekly service, you can still get a spring clean for $44.99. Just order one of those packages from and note that you will also need a spring clean.

We don’t mind showing off… at the 22nd Sioux Falls Lawn and Garden Show! Stop by our booth this weekend and register for a gift certificate toward a doo pick up or pet portrait by Emily Eggebraaten Photography. We also will be giving away lots of yummy treat samples from the canine cuisine crew at Sioux Falls Puppy Love Bakery!

Stop by Friday, March 18, 2011 until 9 p.m., Saturday, March 19, 2011 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and we wrap up Sunday, March 20, 2011 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

If you’re sick of the smell of salt on the sidewalk and bothered by those brown spots starting to show up in your once white yard, remember the odor of melting doo will be here soon!

That’s why it’s time to order your spring clean from DooGooders. This year, we’ll be providing one-time spring cleans to the first 150 for $44.99. Just go to and click on the spring clean pre-order on the bottom left.

* Pre-payment secures your spot

* Cleanings begin as soon as the snow says it’s final good-bye (we expect that to be early to mid March). Why wait? The DooCrew wants to doo its best job and to guarantee that, we wait for the snow to say sayonara!

* This price is for residential families in Sioux Falls, Tea, Brandon and Harrisburg (does not apply for acreages, commercial properties or pet service providers). We do not charge extra based on the number of dogs or overages if it takes longer to clean your yard!

* You think your mess is more than we can doo? We hauled out a half dozen buckets from some spring cleans last year, scooped piles of poop from Great Danes with the flu and turned brown into green to put the spring back in the step of your two- and four-legged family members!

* The Sooper Pooper award is back! Watch for details on who will win this year’s golden turd trophy!
