Service is just $54.99 for the first 150 customers. Sign up here.

If you already have weekly, bi-weekly or bi-monthly service with DooGooders, you doo not need to order a Spring Clean.

If you had regular service and suspended for the winter, email and receive a $10 discount.

The lawyers make us doo this crap, so here’s a reminder of our terms of service.

Service Area

  • We currently doo pick ups for Sioux Falls, Tea, Harrisburg and Brandon, South Dakota.

Pick Ups

  • During certain times of year, leaves, long grass or patches of snow can cover doo and we can only pick up what’s visible at the time of cleaning.
  • We doo not pick up leaves or grass clippings. We only remove the dog doo picked up during service.
  • Picking up doo around rocks, gravel and chipped wood landscaping can be difficult and given the challenges of the terrain, we cannot guarantee there will not be remnants left.
  • The DooCrew must be contacted within 24 hours of a cleaning if you have questions about a particular visit. Doo to the nature of Mother Nature’s business, our four-legged clientele doo not stop dooing their business, and after 24 hours it is difficult to assess service.
  • If you would like to opt-out of our Twitter/Four Square notification, please let us know.
  • Even though we love pooches, for the DooCrew’s safety, please be sure your pet is inside or kenneled for your cleaning.
  • Pets must be current on vaccinations.
  • Please be sure any fence or gate is unlocked or we’re aware of how to access your yard. If we cannot get into the yard, you may be billed for service.
If your yard is not ready to be cleaned doo to snow, please notify us within 24 hours of the service date to be scheduled to a different day, otherwise you may be billed.
  • Continuing service families will continue to receive cleanings and be billed until written notice is given for cancellation. Cancellation notification must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled cleaning date. For those purchasing a Howliday 2015 or Spring Clean Special 2016 with continuing cleanings, continued cleanings will be billed at standard rate following the first month of service.
  • Past doo accounts may be subject to finance charges or sent to collections.
  • If weather conditions require cancellation or rescheduling of service, please check or Routes not completed doo to weather conditions will not be charged.

  • By purchasing a poo clean up, you have accepted the terms and provisions outlined above.

Revised 1 January 2016

Hi all! We are moving to our school schedule so pick-ups have been moved from Tuesday/Friday to Wednesday/Saturday. Also, you may have noticed a new friendly face in your backyard. We’re doggone happy to announce Darin Gross as DooGooders new GM! Darin has taken over all responsibility’s that are involved with our residential service. Nothing will change for you. Our email is still and our phone number remains unchanged. It’ll just be a different voice on the other line. Darin has been with DooGooders on a contract basis for the past 15 dog years, so he has loads of experience scooping loads. Darin’s promotion to GM allows DooGooders to focus on expanding its PooPrints service and pursue expanding DooGooders nationwide. To find out more about those offerings, just email and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you have!

Well, we went out and tried to find some doo today, but we kind of struck out. Last night’s snow cover covered the crap. So we cancelled the route. We will not be charging the homes we visited today, so don’t worry about that. Have a great day, and we’ll see ya next time!

We have decided to doo this weeks route, but we are moving the pick-up date from Saturday, December 24 to Friday, December 23. This way we can be sure your lawn looks its best for the holidays while still allowing the DooCrew time with family this Christmas. Thanks so much for everything!

Unfortunately, the snow’s going to be here soon enough, so it’s time to talk about our winter routes. First off, WE WILL continue to pick-up your lawn until you tell us otherwise. But snow makes service a little more difficult. So if you choose to continue service through the winter, there’s a few things to keep in mind:

  • If it snows an inch or more the day before or on the scheduled day of service, service for that week will be cancelled.
  • If service is cancelled because of bad weather, we will simply put off service until the following week.
  • We can only pick up doo we can see. If it’s buried by snow, it will not be picked up.
  • If the doo is frozen into ice and cemented to the ground, we can’t scoop it.
  • Once the snow starts to fly, we plan on moving all service to Saturday.
  • We will not have service on Saturday, December 24.

Last year, about half of our regular weekly customers stayed on through the winter. We always do our best to get the doo out of the snow, but we want you to understand that due to weather, it can sometimes become impossible to get everything. That’s why we cancel service if it snows the day before. We will never charge you if we know we can’t doo a good job. Please email if you have any other questions about winter service, and thanks for using DooGooders!

April was a big month for DooGooders. It capped our biggest spring in history in terms of service, and we’ve now completely transitioned into our regular service routes, which are also the biggest in history. I want to take a second and welcome all of our new families and welcome back families from past years. We have several families that have been with us from the start! For those of you receiving your April invoice – you’ll notice that we billed for five weeks instead of four. Our service dates were on weekends this month, and we had one more weekend than normal. We changed our online store to accommodate those longer months – so hopefully this will be a more convenient way to pay this year. If you’re not comfortable paying online, you can always send a check or call and place an order over the phone. Soon, we’ll be transitioning to a Tuesday/Thursday/Friday route schedule. A few reminders as we get ready to doo this:

  • If the DooCrew feels threatened by your dog, they reserve the right to skip your house and reschedule (this rarely happens)
  • If your dog would rather not deal with the doo crew, please make sure he/she is inside during service
  • Please make sure your gate is unlocked on your service date
  • Please call us within 24 hours if you need to cancel service

We wanted to address some FAQ’s as we head into our regular schedule. Thanks for all you doo! DooGooders greatly appreciates it!

Our most recent dump of snow may continue to delay some spring cleans to pick up what your dog dumped. Continue to check your email and our Facebook and Twitter pages for updates.
